Terms of use

Plain-language terms for the early-access period. Final terms ship with the public build. Nothing here takes away rights the law guarantees you.

Effective July 2, 2026

The agreement

These terms apply to this website and to early-access builds of MoggingLabs Workspace. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MoggingLabs Workspace during early access, free of charge. Paid plans and accounts arrive with the public launch. The software is proprietary: we keep all rights, title, and interest in it, and nothing in these terms transfers ownership of it to you.

Early-access software

Early-access builds are provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. They orchestrate third-party agent CLIs that you install and authenticate yourself; your relationships with those providers, and their terms, are your own.

Everything your agents produce is yours. We claim no rights over your code, prompts, or outputs. We never see them.

Fair dealing

Do not redistribute early-access builds, do not use the software to break the law or someone else’s terms, and do not reverse engineer or decompile it except to the extent applicable law expressly allows it despite this clause. That is the whole list.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of early-access software. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

If you use the software as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply, and nothing in these terms reduces them.

Termination

You can stop using the software at any time; deleting it from your machine is enough, since there is no account. We can suspend or end the early-access program, or your license, if these terms are broken. Sections about ownership, liability, and your content survive termination.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in any material way during early access, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date and tell early-access users by email. Continuing to use the software after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the software.

General

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are governed by the law of the country where MoggingLabs is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
