- Agent awareness: busy, idle, and needs-you states with per-workspace counts
- Persistent workspaces that survive restarts: the PTY host is its own process
- Command blocks with exit-code color, timestamps, and search
- Worktree-per-agent isolation, with diff review before anything lands
- Task board: cards carry the context and launch the agent
- Swarm coordination: roles, a shared mailbox, file ownership, reviewer-gated merges
- Profiles with usage-limit failover, and remote SSH panes
